Hey Sports Fan!

So, on Thursday, I went to my very first Tiger's game. I had high expectations, because I really enjoy watching them on TV. Well, the game started at 1:05 and my mom got the tickets through a fundraiser thing. Part of the cost of the ticket went towards the bus ride. Yup, a huge bus with more children than adults. Also, we live kind of far away from Detroit so we had to leave super duper early in the morning. After what seemed like and endless drive, we made to CoAmerica Park. And we were TWO hours early. And it was RAINING. So we got some souvenirs and food before we found our seats. Turns out, they are in the nosebleed section. The game was delayed for 25 minutes, and by that time it had stopped raining and the sun was shining.... a lot. So much, that I thought my skin was going to melt off of me. I could barely focus on the game because I was so hot. To add to the awfulness of the situation, they lost.... to the Devil Rays. I was not happy. After the game, we made it back to the bus for the long ride home. So my first Tiger's experience was not the best, hopefully the worst. I want to go again, and I want better seats, and cooler weather, and more winning. Yeah... maybe next year.
